For this art kit were inspired by the contemporary designer and artist Bruno Munari and the Huichol Art of Mexico.

Children can explore the potentials of yarn and paper and how they can be combined together, like:

  • How yarn can be mixed with cut out pieces of paper?
  • How about ‘paint’ with yarn?
  • How cut-out shapes can be combined with stickers and lines?
  • What if we overlap different shapes of paper?
  • What does it look like if we create a paper mask out of stickers and shapes?

With the Make a Mask – Art Kit you can:

Create your very own masks, facial features or representations of emotions using interesting materials! The art supplies we provide in this art kit have transformational characteristics and they can be used driven by the imagination and the originality of each individual; and that’s exactly the beauty of process based art philosophy. There is no wrong or right way to use the materials in our art kit. We want kids explore the materials and tools based on their experiences and skills.
