Shipping within Cyprus

  • 4.00 Euro to your Door.
  • 2.50 Euro for pick up from your local ACS Courier Branch
  • Free Delivery to your home for orders above 30 Euro (within Cyprus).

Shipping within Europe

For shipping within Europe we use the Cyprus Post.
Please contact us to give you a postage code.
All parcels require up to 15 business days for delivery and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. ​


Artboom wants you to be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you need to exchange your merchandise, you have 10 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package. Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders past 10 days will not be accepted.

Return Instructions for orders within Cyprus

  1. Email us at stating your order number and the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please include your phone number in case we need to call you for additional information.
  2. Once your email is received and a returned request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products.
  3. The return process is to send it back to us at an ACS couriers branch using telephone number +357-99-973002 for pick up.
  4. Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

We will not accept the return of any products that have been used, have undergone some damage or are not in its original packaging. For that reason we request you to be careful with the product until you return it. We reserve the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only exchange products which are in the original condition as shipped.

If we have made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. If that is the case please contact us as soon as possible to


We will refund the Amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged.
Once your return is received, kindly allow for 5 -10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift returns.

Initiating a Return/Exchange

Please contact us at to inform us of your wish to exchange an item. Include your Order Number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the return in your email to us. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted for return or exchange and will not be returned to you.


If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the Returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same amount and you can place an order of your choice again.


Gift Return

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value either via email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Please examine all merchandise immediately upon receipt to ensure there are no mistakes, or for any signs of damage or defect. All claims must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you’ve read all policies before finalizing an order. The items will be shipped out and can only be exchanged within the policy guidelines outlined above.
